What should I submit to apply at RIT Kosovo™ (A.U.K)?

  • Online application (click here)
  • Motivational essay
  • Two recommendation letters
  • Academic transcripts and high school diploma (upon completion of the high school)
  • Copy of your ID or passport.

Which test should I finish?

Students applying at RIT Kosovo™ (A.U.K) have two choices on finishing the entrance exams:

First Choice

  • Finish TOEFL (click here for the available dates), and
  • Finish the Institutional Math Exam (click here for the Math Guide).

Note:
Students coming from English speaking countries do not need to go through the TOEFL or IELTS examination. The admission decision for them will be based on their high school documents (transcripts, diploma and reference letters), an admissions interview and the Institutional Math Exam.

Second Choice

Finish SAT, or ACT tests (click here for the available dates), and just submit their results.

Admissions Interview (optional)

In cases when the admission committee cannot make the decision based on the documents presented, an Admission Interview is organized on campus or through video/call conferencing.

Is State Matura Exam required?

The national high school exit examination (Matura exam) determines the level of achievements and student competencies, for Kosovar students. While passing the exam is necessary for graduating from high school and enrolling to RIT Kosovo™ (A.U.K), the score level of this exam does not impact the RIT Kosovo™ (A.U.K) admission decision. Moreover, students applying at RIT Kosovo™ (A.U.K) need to finish up with their application procedures prior to taking the Matura exam, in order to secure a place at RIT Kosovo™ (A.U.K). However, student enrolment procedures will be finalized only after proving that they have passed the Matura exam.
