Another freshman scholarship recipient – Mr. Elvis Avdiu from the municipality of Lipjan shared that “the Wesley K. Clark Scholarship has had a great impact in my life as a student, as it has greatly eased my family’s financial burdens, and has given me more time to focus on my studies as now I can work shorter hours and study more”.
